How many button need for battle end game mostly?

I remember I need 10-15 buttons on WOW charracter for battle
25-30 button if including mount, hunter pet command, buff etc...
How many button is need for FF14 end game?

Depends heavily on the job but an average would be about 30 - 35 not including extras

Tanks are waaaay easyer on the Buttons with waay easier rotations. you will be fine.

Majority of the buttons for tank are Situational Defense Buffs on Cooldowns.

Your real rotations will consist of like 5 to 8 buttons.

This is somewhat true for DPS also all jobs/classes have ALLOT of buttons but realisticaly you gonna constantly use like 10. the others are just buffs with sometimes prety long CDs and Situational stuffs.

WoW is retarded with macros and abilities, no matter what you do you end up with a cluttered screen. I play FFXIV with a controller; tank, heals, dps all works well with the few buttons avaliable

Played wow for 12 years. Classes Ability bars turned into a Whack a Mole that needs 6000 Addons + FPS twitch reflexes....

Thank god i left that ♥♥♥♥. That game is unplayable now a days without a bunch of mods.

Meanwhile sadly i think FFxiv have the oposite issue its waaaaaay too slow because of the 3s Global CD.

I have 3 hotbars for actions, one for Pet, and the rest for optional things.
You do not need much. Just 3 will do you just fine.

I set up 3 hotbars like everybody did
If 1.5 hotbars can do most battle actions, I'll be happy
Just start playing slowly and editing the UI stuff

Typically 3 hotbars for actions.
One 'Pet Bar' is there if you want to be a 'Summoner Class' (It is a separate hotbar)
The rest really are just admin bars of your choosing.

I have 3 hotbars dedicated to job skills, and 1 for macros, mounts and markers for easy access. I imagine that's all you'll ever need

Job skills require 3-4 hotbars by endgame. The rest - depending on how many extras you want there.

Depends on the tank. PLD has more buttons than many DPS jobs. DRK and GNB - around the same, but somewhat complex opener/burst. WAR has the least amount of buttons AND the easiest rotation.

Seems depends on job and individual habit and demand
Maybe I will try controller one day if I can't handle too much keys

Most jobs will fill about 2.5 hotbars. Some have more skills, some have less.

PLD is significantly easier than WAR.

You need to manage your 30s CDs, keep surging tempest up and prevent yourself from overcapping rage on WAR.

PLD is literally just 1 2 3 spend and press buttons on cooldown.
