Endwalker Purchase (No Pre-Order Items)

Yeah I don't know if the directions are just unclear or what, but I can't get my pre-order items, and I haven't seen any email from steam about it, which is how I'm told we get the codes for this. Anyone else have this issue/advice for it?

You need to copy the Pre-Purchase Bonus key from your Manage menu when you right-click FFXIV in your library. Enter that code in on the Mogstation and then you should get your stuff within 48 hours.

I just bought the Endwalker Expansion and tried to register the Code I got on steam in Mogstation and it tells me Code is not Valid.. lol

Select the "Your Account" tab on the top-left corner of the screen.
Select the service account you wish to register your code on. If you have multiple service accounts (represented as tabs named FINAL FANTASY XIV 1, 2, etc.)
After confirming your service account, select "Enter Pre-order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)."
Enter your Early Access Code, then click “Next.”
Confirm details, then click “Next.”
