High level players ruin lower levels for everyone.
Played as a tank through most of the game (Lv61) as a tank and i just started lving a samurai. Holy crap the amount of tanks that just sprint through the entire map and pull 2-3 rooms only to get wiped is extremely high! I get that after the 100th time it gets boring but you take all the fun out of it for newer players. I don't want to speedrun dungeons it's more satisfying playing it as intended. Also i feel the sync feature should penalize high stats more, since tanks and healers got more dps options with 5.0. A lv 50 dungeon should still feel challenging to a lv 80 player, for the sake of "fun".

I've been playing tank for this expansion. If I get a first timer, or my healer isn't well geared, I take it slow so they can enjoy it, otherwise 2-3 pulls at once is kind of the norm I'm afraid.

I agree on some content they should lower max sync to keep things interesting though. The level 50 dungeons, the MSQ ones particularly, were a lot of fun and challenging on release and now are a joke.

Supposedly they want to add rewards for queueing things with "minimum iLVL" turned on, so that might be fun.
Main scenario I get, but let people play and enjoy the rest of the content. Bare in mind you need the team and if you are gonna pull a lot consult the team first. Everyone needs to keep up and be decently geared. If you pull big the dps need to do their part too otherwise the longer fight might make you wipe. There is always a limit, and everyone should get a vote really.
I play as a tank (Paladin, and Dark Knight), and I always ask the healer how large of a trash mob pull they can handle--it's a tag-team effort between the tank, and the healer. If a DPS player grabs mobs ahead of me, we let them die. With that said, every player is different, and the most we can do is offer constructive criticism, however, your mileage may vary with how other players process and react to said feedback.
OP. I hate to say this, but you're playing the Samurai. The most damaging class in the game. Just hit harder. lol
Honestly, if you can't handle wall to wall pulls in a leveling dungeon you should probably switch off tank and healer. This is coming from a SCH main.

I used to really like SCH. I dunno how to feel about it now with the recent changes...

the DPS rotation is kinda bleh.. But, the healing is incredibly satisfying...

I'm having a lot of fun with it in the new extreme primals.

I just wish that SMN didn't feel so pathetic... I miss my huge summons from FFXI....

I think bahamut is big enough, I had 2 summoners in my Titania EX Farm Party and they'd dual summon bahamut and you really had trouble seeing past them..

I dread to think how much view a bigger summon would block.

Yeah but... the entire appeal of the Summoner was BIG F*CKOFF GOD-LIKE BEASTS at your disposal... And what did we get for the majority of the time? Egis... which can now also be glamoured as Carbuncles...... :/
I hope they implement Trusts for the Pre-ShB content eventually as well. Really love the Trust system and it works so good. I've legit had worse parties with real people in them.
Some people want to take their time, others want to rush it for the exp/tomestones. You'll never get everyone to agree 100% of the time. As a rule of thumb, if you're the tank then you decide the pace.
Main tank here.
I speed run every dungeon.
Never had issues, even in Shadowbringers I've only died once in dungeons so far.

Either your tank or your healer were just bad, or maybe both.

So you'd rather inconvenience your teammates, potentially leading to wipes just because they can't see, to stroke your e-peen?

Coming from a top level mmo healer: the average player should not attempt wall-to-wall pulls in a leveling dungeon. Monsters simply hit too hard most of the time, and in leveling dungeons people will be undergeared and/or new.

And coming from someone that has mained all roles (including more pure support) at high level over the years:
SCH's are not healer mains. Your dps mains playing a healing class. You have no business commenting on other healers.

Honestly, I only feel the "hit too hard" applies to Shadowbringers, but my only experience with ShB levelling dungeons is the Trust system. Cause I love it, and there, you WILL wipe if you pull wall to wall generally.
