[SPOILERS] Full-Version Undertale Compared to the Demo-version?
Aside of course for expanded game in general alongside lore-revelations, I'm wondering how much different this full-release-version of Undertale is compared to the Demo-version?

I am fully aware that up until this point, the Demo itself was pretty much a self-contained-entity, which could have ended up being another one of those popular " *gasp*-Flash-games" ( I really don't have a word / term / trope at this point, but it's reference to word like "topical" etc. "pop-popular", like say with "Loneliness", "Story of the Blanks" & "Nanaka Crash"-games ).
But here we are with Undertale being a fully-fledged-video-game for us to be purchased.

I see we still have Toriel as in her old-self alongside some expanded meta-things, but that's pretty much where my own observation-findings come halt at the moment when it comes to similarities between the demo and this full-version.

One "major" difference I did noticed via "meta" I've found was a single-missing tune that wasn't included in the "expanded"-soundtrack of this game ("Empty House[tobyfox.bandcamp.com]"); could there be some "tonational"-changes happened (not the I wasn't even hoping this turning into "yet another" "Eversion", to be clear here; I enjoy "Mother / Earthbound"-series, even if the pacing in that series sometimes is quite cumbersome) ?

Don't worry about "spoiling" or revealing any secrets and such: I am very easily amused person, who isn't that fond of surprises anyways (point being: It's very, very difficult to "spoil" me; many have already utterly failed at it!).

((Granted, I also mainly write this question over here, because there wasn't exactly related topic already written; search-engine-tagging /-optimization ho!))

with regards to tonational differences: if you choose to take an especially violent path, the consequences are much darker and farther-reaching than in the demo, maybe reaching something with an "eversion-esque" tone. on the flipside, an especially pure path will lead you to much greater and more heartwarming characters, and an altogether mostly very happy story. the ending gets fairly dark in most paths, but in all of them but the worst, that darkness is overcome.

the biggest difference does kind of happen to be that it's a full game! if you liked the demo it's likely you'll love the rest of it - the ruins are really kind of tiny compared with the depth and complexity and great scenarios found in the later areas in the main game.
