After all, earlier in the route, during the time you'd normally learn of Asriel's visit to the human world, Flowey instead reveals that Asgore wouldn't even show him the sousl at all. And you, know, Flowey is just the resurrection of Asgore's beloved biological son.
Be good, won't you?
And real life too.
And probably a major part of the game's message, at least in some of the non-Geno runs.
I guess he gets a few pacifist points for trying to talk it out
i'm sorry
Those are good points but Asriel wasn't really defeated. His love and compassion was brought back from all the souls he absorbed and he realized what he was doing was wrong and so he willingly gave all the souls back.
Sans would only be absorbing human souls which don't need love or compassion to exist. The player wouldn't be able to get on his emotional side and Sans only loses because he becomes tired. I don't think that would be a problem with 6 souls. They might still turn on Sans though so that could be his downfall but maybe not since the souls might have been able to tell Sans was doing the right thing unlike Omega Flowey.
