Aura is a legit magic, hard to obtain at the beginning of the game, and the technique you mention is legit and not game-breaking at all.
on person who has the effect, skip turn can also be used to avoid poison damage
if you are out of antidotes or other recovery items.
Also, I cant even think of facing omega or ultima weapons without having someone
to cast out triple aura.
So, yeah, Aura will still work the same way, no rebalance here, this release is a quick-buck, lazy release.
But I must admit I cannot wait to play it again :-P
