Queen of Cards stuck in Fisherman's Horizon

How do I get her to move? I was doing her side-quest on Disc 3 where I need to lose the Alexander card. Well, I by mistake got her to go to Galbadia instead of Balamb and saved my game (was focusing on something else) and completely forgot about her.

Now she's stuck in Fisherman's Horizon after I lost my Alexander Card to her (so she moves from there) and can't get her out of Fisherman's Horizon.

What do I do?

To continue on with the QoC sidequest, you would have to move her back to Dollet in order to unlock the next card Doomtrain by asking about her artisan father (can only happen in Dollet).

There's a 12.5% chance she'll move to Dollet from Fisherman's Horizon, so keep resetting the game if she moves somewhere else until she tells you that she's moving to Dollet.

How do I make her move again?

You have to win/lose a rare card to her. Just sacrifice a rare card that you never use. Minimog gor example.

Will I ever get it back when she goes to Dollet?

The rare cards you lose for the Queen of Cards quest (MiniMog, Sacred, Alexander etc.) go to her son in Dollet. He is located in a house on the outskirts of Dollet, south of Dollet Pub. He lives with his grandfather, which is the Queen's artisan father. Play the son to get those cards back.

The rare cards that are not a part of Queen of Cards quest she will keep. Play her to get those cards back.

It will be hard if you still have the Random rule in Dollet. Use this video to help you abolish the rules there.

I have the same problem, i play Triple Triad with her on Balamb and lose my Kochocobo, and move Dollet, so i go Dollet and say want Minimog Card, i give her and go Galbadia, but stuck there never go, why?
