So If i left Jessie back at the reactor...

So in the beginning when you help Jessie get unstuck from the stairs, is it possible to just leave her to die?

she has a code to a door cant leave with out her, she knows 1 of the 2 coded doors and biggs now the other

It's a jRPG. Choices doesn't matter.

Sure they do. if you chose to take on a boss with no potions and no reatore materia. or your not at the proper level and get wiped out in one hit, thats a choice you made, it was a bad one, and it mattered.

Furthermore, and I'm not sure about the PC version because I only ever did it on OG playstation back in the day, if you run the clock out, the reactor doesn't blow up. It just stays on 00:00 until you leave.
