Supposing it is the Windows version from.your PC on the Deck, go into the game's properties and under compatibility select use a specific compatibility tool and select the latest Proton that it is allowed (should be 9 or 10). The game will download some "updates" (basically the Windows binaries), and you should be able to start the game and pick up right where you left off. Just make sure before you launch it on the Deck, to sync the save data on your PC first, so that the latest save is available on the cloud and thus downloaded to your Deck.
