Decompressing. Depending on the read write speed of your hardrive/ssd and the processing pwower of your cpu will determine how long it takes to unpack.

if it makes you feel better... i pre-ordered and downloaded several days ago -- wont launch with notification that it will open in just over an hour (at 12:13)

Same here, but if you push Play, it says the game is unpacking. No worries.
