HELP PLEASE... Soviet Instilation, Mine-Tomb (i believe) there is a sheet and wood blocking the way but also a leaking pipe, how do you

shut off the water or get past this? your supposet to throw a torch at it but it goes out immediately.

cant find a shut off valve

You have to pull the mine cart down to block the water.
