Avid Shopper achievement is glitched?

Just bought last item (rifle) from the shop and didn't get the achievement. As you can see on screenshot my shop is absolutely empty, meaning I bought everything. Does anyone know if there any way to get this achievement without replaying the game and hoping that it will not glitch again?

It is possible you got one item from a side-mission already instead of buying it. I think that happened in my case and did not get it due to that.

From what users on websites have been saying (At least for the Xbox One version) not buying the tools and finding them outside the shack, did not affect the achievement and they still got it.

But could be different for PC users, of course.

I didn't buy Crafting Tool and Enhancement Tool. Got those by progressing in the game. I bought Refinement Tool and rest of the shop items and got the achievement correctly.

Which then explains that the achievement is in fact glitched at least.
Hopefully someone will be able to find a fix for it.

Same glitch for me....
i received the Crafting Tool following the campaign, I purchased the Enhancement tool from the Shop... and eventually everything else that was available in the shop and Bingo - No Avid Shopper Achievement....

Yes, and story is not finished too. So it bugged for some persons without any visible (for now) reason.

Yeah, I purchased the final item today, which was the pistol silencer, and nothing but a cold shower... I did got one thingy outside the shack, but still purchased everything it offers. Plus that Baba Yaga challenge is glitched, and then I cannot complete everything 100% because I cannot dig out those coin cashes in the flooded archives.... So many bugs.

I just gave myself infinite coins with cheatengine, bought everything and I got it just fine.

This has glitched for me, along with 'The Chosen Few' for getting all the crypts. I have a few challenges left to get 100%, I hope at least that one unlocks like it should... A glitched achievement is one thing, but it's way more annoying if it involves actions throughout the entire game.

Edit: luckily I got the 100% achievement at least
