The discovery style of the plot line with interwoven puzzles brings back that 'warm and fuzzy' like the first time I played Myst back in 1994. In fact 'Outer Wilds' by Mobius Digital is the supernatural evolution of 'Myst' into the 21st century, a task that has eluded Cyan Worlds for so long.

'Outer Wilds' is not as hard as 'The Witness' by Jonathan Blow; however the inter-planetary nature of the story line and and the cleverly intertwined puzzle mechanics make this a hard yet deeply satisfying adventure. They share a rare elegance in design even though they are very different games.

is a new story in the same universe, a new world with new puzzle mechanics; and it smells fresh fresh Fresh. Simply amazing.

Any Achievements that you miss on the first play-through will be within reach without a new replay from scratch. One third (1/3) will require all of the skill you developed to finish the game, and they are fun.
