its worth every penny at full price if you want to play against people, though (i.e. online, obviously). its a damn good fighting game; ive almost put 400 hours into it myself, and im constantly learning new things and getting better. the enjoyment and strong emotions you can get out of playing tekken are endless
You'll find more singleplayer value in injustice
But he stomps good still :)
Last tekken i played was 3, tekken 7 is the ultimate version, I dont think you will be dissapointed if its a bit of butt whopping and nostalgia your after.
There is a few hours long story mode where Heihachi is a main star so I'd say that its worth it :)
And there is a treasure mode where opponents get gradually better when you defeat them until you reach the highest rank - This can also be fun for many hours.
But why no interest in playing it online? I find it very amusing... Against the CPU I can play through the ranks pretty easy, but online it's a different story, I really need to step up my game now :)
- interested out of nostalgia and just every now and again ( > plays pretty similar to Tekken 3,4,5)
- playing as Heihachi ( > he's the main character in story mode)
- on sale
:)
