Report a translation problem
It's rather simple/basic combat, you left click to attack and it will continue to fight,
AI can take over the two other characters you're not in control over at the time and they can also use their skills as soon as they're ready.
You can move around and skill remain in combat with exception for the melee guy or you can run and ignore combat.
Bosses can have an attack where you'll want to move away but they -at least early bosses- give plenty of time for you to move, all characters will head to the spot you tell them to at the same time, they fight together unless you set them to avoid comba.
There's really no reason to pause and give any commands.
I'm not going to suggest if you buy it or not but I do think that's a really poor reason to not have any interest in the game.
