Yeah, I also noticed the jitter. And on top of that, Antialiasing is not working. Waiting for patches...
To solve those back then, I did these:
--Make sure Vsync is off in-game.
--Go to your Nvidia Control Panel and turn on Adaptive VSync. (If you have AMD/ATI hardware, use the driver to turn on vsync)
--Download the file found at http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2581 (Yes, I know it says Skyrim, but it's just a DX9 mod) and follow the instructions there.
You might try these for this version of the game to see if they help. Good luck!
Edit: Another potential fix which I never tried myself, because these others worked for me is to adjust the "Maximum pre-rendered frames" in the NVIDIA driver. I believe adjusting it higher is the intended approach, but I can't say for certain.
