* work your way from the top of the order list to the bottom and then start over
* know all the key combos by heart
* make sure your side dishes are completely stocked at all times (at least one of each type during rush hours)
* serve espresso and donuts in batches
* leave frozen things sitting until timer goes about halfway, then serve them in batches
* try not to cook more than 2-4 lattes/iced lattes at a time or you'll get overwhelmed - cook 2-4, switch to something else for an order or two, then come back to cook more lattes/iced lattes
Even doing all of the above, it'll still probably take you several hundred tries to get it. Read my guide if you want a much more comprehensive strategy about what to do at which time - it sometimes takes them a while to approve the guides, so send me a message if you can't see the guide posted there yet.
You need to utterly fill your holding stations with side dishes at the start of the day. You really do. You can't afford to not have maximum waiting time during Rush Hour and this is the only time you can load up on the side dishes in the first half. Stock up on 3 cookie batches since they take longer along with 3 fruit and 2 marshmallows. Marshmallows can always be restocked quickly.
- Prioritise getting the fruit smoothies and the instant coffees (pure white top graphic) done ASAP
- Queue up the longer coffees (sprinkled white and brown) where possible, but space them apart a few seconds. Memory patterns of where everything is will be necessary.
- Always delay donuts and espressos where possible. They are very fast to complete. But remember espressos need to be clicked quickly after being done. Donuts have more of a delay.
When and if you finally get control after Rush Hour 1, find a moment to restock all the holding stations then get back to setting up for Rush Hour 2.
If possible, try and stack as many instance coffees/donuts/espressos for Rush Hours. This will help keep things under control.
After that, you then need to have that one run you don't make an error. The first time I got past Rush Hour 2 I made it all the way. But note you will get very low on side dishes towards the very end of the night and will have little if no time to restock. At this point, just get everything done.
Speed is the key. Once you have your patterns and movements downpat, it can be done. But you have to be fast. You can't ever linger on this one.
