Each time you level up, you will unlock new restaurants and shift.
Complete these shift will give you medals (bronze, silver and gold) and with a certain amount of medal, you will unlock lootbox. These lootbox will give you new decorations stuff. (and food with enough gold one I think)
The Chef 4 Hire level are pretty good for experience point and testing your capacity because some shift are really hard. It's a very fun mode ^^
That makes sense. After playing a few of them, I did notice I got stuff at the end, but I thought I was getting stuff because every time I did a shift, I leveled up so I thought that was stuff for the level. But I did notice I was getting food from time to time. I just assumed it was certain shifts that gave it as a reward or that it was the greatest award for completing the shift. But if you're saying the amount of medals I get determines when I'll receive something, that makes a whole lot more sense than what I originally thought.
