HiRez wont send me my forgotten password email
the support at hirez is terrible! I cannot play because they wont send me the new password!

The system is 100% automated. If you both your username and email you regestered with the system will automatically send you a link to reset your password. You can recover your username with just the email if you don't know your user name.

Beyond that you can open a support ticket but have to be able to prove ownership of the account. I know this because I've had to do it myself before, twice actually. They set the bar pretty high for ownership though, basically you're going to have to prove ownership with a credit card transaction for something you bought in game.

Am having this problem right now! Thanks for the help but do you know how fast they respond to support tickets and what info HiRez needs to prove account ownership??

Recovery emails are pretty much always automated. You didn't need to re-necro this thread for that.
