Sensivity in Smite
Why games always make own weird Sensivity options ?
I'm using 1.61 in all games how to set the same sensivity in smite ?

Its in the options. Also, 1.6 is relative.

Go in practice mode, and change it until it works for you.

I use in all games 1.61 Sensivity.. but there are always games that are "special"

There are more games that are "special" than source/quake derivative engine games. So, it's incorrect to even say "majority" of games, let alone "all games"...
That said, measure the 360 degree distance and voila, you have a foolproof tool to set sensitivity in literally any fps/tps, without relying on scaling not being standardized for your personal habits.

Put in your mouse dpi and sensitivity for your game and it will calculate it for you.

A lot of games don't even have a sensitivity number, just a a slider bar.
