I'll try some new builds, i like her so i'll find something that works :)
Thanks.
Crit items give very little power.
I'd swap Poisoned Star for a penetration item or Executioner and build said item right after Ninja Tabi imo
Wouldn't say the strongest. But her passive is definitely pretty strong. Basically a free back whenever you want.
She's just the strongest according to pros. Clearly not people who know more about the game than us.
first of all she can dash away from knockups which frankly are the strongest cc in the game because you cannot aegis nor beads out of them.
then she has a movement speed, attack speed and damage buff in her kit which you can take full advantage during fights.
on top of that the radius buff she gets on her basic attacks from her 2 is enough of a threat late game to make enemies think twice before thinking they can openly juke her and since she gets crit chance too she becomes even harder to deal with.
even better than that she is one of the safest gods in the game. she has 2 escapes with her ult making her untargetable (except of global ults like nu wa) which can go over walls too.
and the cherry on top is the fact that she can just fly halfway to the lane out of base which is a HUUUGGEEEE deal. not only you will not be losing much exp or gold from going back to base but you can take risky chances because you know that if you get damaged a lot you will be able to come back in no time while the enemy will not be as lucky on that. did i mention it's a HUUUGGGEEE deal? with this passive you can get an easy lead.
she is simply a beast and she is my 3rd favorite hunter.
based on the build you described i would say you get about 150 power plus whatever last item you built. it is nowhere near enough especialy for a crit build. my suggestion? drop devos, obow and poisoned star. add trans, asi and deathbringer. and you definitely need executioner too for the tankier gods.
while you can get really agressive early thanks to her kit steroids i would not recommend it for inexperienced players. most hunters depend on their kits early and she does not have a bursty kit. play safer until mid game, take full advantage of her passive and try not to ult agressively unless you can secure a kill safely and mid to late game see her destroy. again, you are a squishy god without cc on your kit (her 1 doesn't really count because you may want to use it defencively) so be careful, she is one of the most powerful aa hunters, she is one of the safest when it comes to escaping but she is also one of the easiest to kill if you get caught out.
and do not forget about what her kit provides, most people simply ignore the buffs she gets.... don't make that mistake.
I do remember pros saying such back in S5 and during S6 when she was considered the strongest physical ADC during the mage-adc meta, but who's been saying that recently?
If she is in conquest she is nothing more than an annoying pest that constantly looks around the map to split push and distract enemies. If she isn't being played like this she is extremely weak and worthless to the team and for the person playing her. She needs a massive rework to actually be usable in other modes. She has zero real redeeming factors when played outside of conquest.
All you have to do is compare jing's kit to just about any other hunter to realize she is just bad. Sure she could be good, and she could do something in other modes because a good player will be good no matter what but she isn't efficient and other hunters can do largely bring more to the table. Jing wei is a handy cap for players that find the game is too easy and wanna take pitty on their enemies.
Between a hyper carry like izanami or an annoying split pusher i know who i rather have. Not to mention izanami can escape just as easy as jing so she can also play the annoying split push style, not as easy mind you however but still possible while retaining absolute dominance in team fights unlike jing.
So yeah she is only a professional pick due to mobility she will suck for a majority of players, because she requires good communication and team work to split the enemies into bad situations and utilize her passive to be annoying. But for regular people without 5 mans or people not playing conquest just stick to other adc's/hunters.
She is, quite literally, better in every other mode besides conquest. Her passive lets her get almost anywhere she wants on any map your half of the map besides conquest map.
Jing wei is meant to be extremely safe (and in turn survive fights) rather than immediately burst opponents down. Her survivability is why people pick her and why she's reliable in comps.
