What in the hell does the amount of text in a game have to do with it's mechanics difficulty? You're just trolling to seem intelligent.
How insecure do you have to be to poke at others just because they want to do ♥♥♥♥ for fun? Are you intentionally the epitome of buzzkill?
Also there is a legit cheat if you just want loads a money: make your character with luck 9-10, gambling skill above 100, go to New Reno and play roulette untill you are filthy rich.
But anyway, to cheat in this, one way, not really cheats, but one way is to use as many dirty tricks and exploits as possible. Some I would consider less cheating really than others, or less of an exploit. You can do that much less of course with a vanilla game without the Restoration Project. You can still do some to your advantage even with it.
At least it's not nearly as bad as Fallout 1. If you know how it's easyto get really rich in Fallout 1 very fast, it's pretty bad.
