Well normally you would use glitches, but you can just get mods that let you do that.

I use to cheat with art money once when i wanted to create an ultimate character. Neat little program.

Also there is a legit cheat if you just want loads a money: make your character with luck 9-10, gambling skill above 100, go to New Reno and play roulette untill you are filthy rich.

save-load is the best cheat you can get in this game. And it works damn good.

There are enough exploits in this game even with the RP Project, funny. I love getting those Alien Blasters off the "merchant with guards" guy that you find in a particular square north of Modoc. I didn't even know about way back when playing this, jeez.

But anyway, to cheat in this, one way, not really cheats, but one way is to use as many dirty tricks and exploits as possible. Some I would consider less cheating really than others, or less of an exploit. You can do that much less of course with a vanilla game without the Restoration Project. You can still do some to your advantage even with it.

At least it's not nearly as bad as Fallout 1. If you know how it's easyto get really rich in Fallout 1 very fast, it's pretty bad.
