Empyrion - Galactic Survival

Empyrion - Galactic Survival

Need some help from the RE peps
I downloaded a BP from the workshop, which is a beautiful and deep build and is described as mid to late game final CV. It is a little over the top on the art/deco stuff in the interior, but that is easily eliminated .

Instead of immediately up and flying it, as it would be too expensive to fill Pentaxid and Promethum, at this moment. As 1 full tank of Promethum is 1600 canisters. So, I decided to outfit it to final version with items found on my outings, like the Shield couplers and chargers, engines, dark matter drives, Aux. cores, weaponry and other various knick-knacks. And, at the same time, modify a few things like the front cockpit, which is extraordinarily ugly.

However, I am amazed at the artist/builder - Ente- depth of complete design and circuitry programming. Very creative and complete.

Now, for the questions I need assistance with:

1. I need 2 Reactor Cores. I have read the past posts on this matter and Vermillion’s suggestions where, but I have flown to many sectors and not found a seller (Polaris owned/controlled areas in space), or in structures taken. Can anyone give me a more accurate clue as to where to get them? Do I need to only be in the Polaris sector territories, in space?

2. I also need the Radiation Shielding for the Reactor Cores. Any accurate idea where to either buy or smash the Reds for these parts?

3. Aux. cores is not an issue. I can easily take down the Drone Matrix, which cough up almost 100 Spawner parts at a time. Silver is bit of an issue to find, but I really am looking for the Quantum Cores. Are they in the Kriel Territories? And, I assume they are taken from downed CVs, using my salvage core? Or, are they complete booty from containers?

Thanks for those with positive answers/ideas/suggestions

Radiation protection heat exchangers these traders are found on moons or planets. For example, the AMP factory is located on the Tallodar moon, right on our doorstep. Say everything times fly off and look for the factories. Shortly up on the Plani or moon after Polaris look and if not there further.

You can get quantum from Tovera Kills or Tialong Battelcruiser.

The other Non-Linear Productions and Thermal Interactions Ltd factories.
You can find them near Polaris Trade Stations on planets.

Awesome. Thanks. I'll go take some peeks around and try to smash a few Tovera and Tialon.

I assume the Q-cores are either in a container or removed with my salvage core?

Quantume cores are usually found in legacy ships like infector and decimator. Easyer fight than toverra or Tianlong. Just snipe the core as smashing those with Area effect weapons will likelly destroy quantum can. (BTW RTG is also found there)

1. You can find reactor cores from either drops or purchase it from Vendors. Not 100% sure which vendor, but it's one of the polaris one. I believe it's either Thermal interaction or AMP Factories. You'll find them on moons around starter systems often.

2. Same as 1.

3. Quantum extenders can be acquired in multiple ways. You can farm Legacy ships for them. In Legacy ships, the extenders are in loot boxes. Not reinforced onces either. So yes you can blow it up accidentall. You can also get it from POIs. Legacy ships are found in N or BH type systems all over the galaxy. You can either get Small or CV sized extenders or sometimes Disruptors Ammo or Disruptors.
You can also get them from various Dreadnought/Battleship class vessels. Tovera and Tianlong are two such examples. In these they are salvagable parts. So they're also easily destroyed accidentally. Some ships like the Tianlong also has an extra one in one of the loot container similar to legacy ships.
There's a Science station in space that will give you some quests to get this/that. Once you've done that it will let you craft a Quantum Extender.
You can also loot them from Command Sectors POIs.

I already have about 4 Disturptors. Besides the obvious meaning of the name, what do they do?

Takes up valuable Quantum Extenders spawn slots is what they do! But you can use them as turrets. Not sure how effective they are though. Have not tested them.
