Roguelike?

Enjoying the gameplay, but was wondering if there are any roguelike elements after each run? Like permanent upgrades, ship addons etc. Unless I just overlooked it(which is very possible). Keep up the good work! Thx in advance

Edit: Game started frequently crashing on me. Hopefully you can get it situated soon because I was really enjoying it.

yes there are permanent upgrades in the armoury
