BUG: Argent Energy Tower - Disappearing Argent Energy Cell

I think i found a minor continuity bug in Argent Energy Tower. I grabbed the Argent Cell in one of the higher tower rooms and chose to increase ammo capacity. This is the room where you can also activate the transport thingy to go up further in the tower and replenish health.

Steps after finding the cell:
I died.

I respawned.

Extra ammo capacity was gone again and the ammo refresh that goes with that as well. (Save point was from before finding the argent energy cell).

I walked over to where the Argent energy cell was before.

The entire module is gone, e.g. blank wall ! Can't grab it anymore !

Anyone else have this ?

This happened to me when I was secret hunting in the Foundry, I grabbed the Argent Cell, then I went to do the Classic Doom secret area and died. When I respawned it was right after I got the last Gorenest and the automap says I have the argent cell, but I no longer have the point and it does not appear in the level.

EDIT: Nevermind, I was just being paranoid, considering the fact that a lot of other progress gets reverted when you die, including ammo count. I thought that when I couldn't find it in the map it was gone. But I have it.
