How to disable first person models/hud?
Just wanna take a nice screen shot.

There is an option in the Advance tab to disable the hud. The guns on the other hand I don't know. The game has a console, so maybe there is a command to disable gun models.

Turn off all the HUD and you can "hide" your gun by switching weapons and grabbing the shot while it's down.
