Snapmap Server Issue

Trying to get my Snapmap achievements, noticed that one of the advanced tutorials will not open at all. Says "Unable to connect to Doom Servers", I tried to use it once a day for a few days now, still not working. Also it won't allow me to publish a Snapmap saying "servers unavailable". Anyone know of any fixes for these issues?

im having this same problem when i try to play maps with more than 1 person. i can play maps by myself without problems but as soon as i try to start the match when one of my friends are in the game the map gets stuck trying to start the match. when this happens the loading icon in the top right will appear but with no text to the left of it like there normally is with it saying "connecting to match" or "starting match" or something. i also cant press any buttons on the screen except the back button to leave the match. for some reason i also cant join a match my friends have hosted but they also cant seem to start it by themselves anyways.

So you currently have access to snapmaps maps if you play solo ? (even if this is a bit glitched)

Please tell what is the latest published community map is showing for you, what date does it have.

Unfortunately we have exhausted all troubleshooting methods for the Snapmaps. The issue you are experiencing is a known issue and we are looking into it. Keep an eye on the web site for any future updates.

Solution for getting two snap-achievements from forum psnprofiles com :

"I found a way around the "playing 5 maps" and "completing the tutorials" trophies, if you go to your feed by pressing the button shown in the bottom left you can then select the feeds, there it should ask you if you want to retry to connect or remain offline, by staying offline you can play whatever map is on the "play" screen and also complete that one tutorial that for some reason won't work"

Confirming this is an issue on PS4 too. Maybe it's something to do with their services migration.

GUYS, i can publish snapmaps now, and it lets me play all the advanced tutorials. It's fixed (at least for me)

Correction, cannot play maps from the feed. But this achievement can be done via offline method.

Yeah same ! publishing maps worked, I even could play a map online (somehow, because other ones were not working)
