Now for everything else, I am not aware. But I do know where you are coming from. For example, I find so slow the time to open an enemy inventory. It took some time to get used to it.
Henry still has to "find" the herb, and "pick" the herb, but the bow down and gather animation is skipped
i think that's pretty much the complexity mods can do for kcd, either customize game parameters or skip animations, i think there may be some inventory mods, but i think all the mechanics are the same (basically saying a "loot all corpses" mod would be a stretch)
after my first playthrough or two, i added a bunch of Quality of Life (QoL) upgrades, including changes that reduced the need for grinding by increasing the XP gain for certain actions
for example, to speed up Herbalist grinding i changed the parameters for XP per Herb Picking (HerbGatherXP) and Herb Picking Radius per Level (HerbGatherSkillToRadius)
oh, and i had changed my base inventory weight (BaseInventoryCapacity) a long time before...

the QoL changes helped me focus less on grinding and more on playing the parts i enjoy, over and over and over... (and yet i still stumble on new things as i wander)
