warhorse jenda seems to be the best pick overall for REALLY high stamina and carry weight.

if you want just as good carry weight for about 700-800 gold less you can buy sleipnir in uzhitz. has 8 less carry capacity, less stamina, and a little less courage. but sleipnir is the best bang for your buck if you want speed carry capacity and courage. fully kitted sleipnir had 2 less courage, 3 less speed and only 8 less carry weight than jenda but for significantly less gold. and stamina really isn't a big deal since 250 stamina will get you a LONG way.

but for money spent i don't think it gets better than warhorse jenda. you could also buy pegasus in uzhitz if you ONLY care about speed but pegasus only has 3 speed on sleipnir and 2 on jenda. but this speed difference is greater with the race horse perk i believe. can't be certain never actually owned pegasus. just comparing base stats.

yup, buy war horse jenda from mehjod and then you can get a fine saddle with 3 saddlebags from uzhitz and your horse will be able to carry a LOT. i have the racehorse perk and jenda can still carry 354. i assume with the opposite perk the horse could carry upwards of 400.

Idk how much Pebbles can carry but primarily I'm making him/her carry mostly arrows (around 300 arrows) and a cap load of repair kits. Although my repair sucks, I have no idea if there's a trainer for that skill.

But it'd be amazing to be able to also carry loot. And I've never found where to buy saddles. I bought 3 Noble horseshoes but have no idea how to use them, or if I have to find a 4th one to use all 4.
