Console commands

Hey guys, here's a few commands you can use for people that didn't know about them:
(Press ~ to access command prompt)

**THIS WILL NOT DISABLE ACHIEVEMENTS**

General:

wh_pl_showfirecursor 1 – This adds a crosshair when aiming any bow.

cl_fov X – This commands sets the field of view to X (default is 60)

g_showHUD 0 – This disables the HUD. Change 0 to 1 to re-enable the HUD.

wh_ui_ShowCursor 0 – Will disable the combat cursor in the middle of the screen (Please note you will have to keep turning it off everytime you interact with objects/Npc's/Inventory) <- Liens

wh_ui_ShowCompass 0 – Will dasable the compass (Please note you will have to keep turning it off everytime you interact with objects/Npc's/Inventory) <- Liens

Game adjustments:

r_MotionBlur 0 – This disables motion blur.

e_ViewDistRatio X – This changes the distance at which objects start to render (Low being 50, Ultra being 125).

e_ViewDistRatioVegetation X – Use this to change the distance at which trees start to render (Low being 50, Ultra being 65).

e_MergedMeshesInstanceDist X – And this changes the distance at which grass is animated (default is 20).

p_gravity_z X – Changes the intensity of gravity (default is -13)

r_ssdo = 0 – Disables SSAO <- AJ Rockwell

r_AntiAliasingMode = 0 – Disables Anti Aliasing <- AJ Rockwell

cl_showHUD 0/1 – does not work, my bad

r_VSync 0 –This disables Vsync <- T I N O

Added r_ssdo, r_AntiAliasingMode, wh_ui_ShowCursor, wh_ui_ShowCompass
Changed layout of post to make it more friendly.

Cheats:

Add Groschen *Requires cheat engine* (will be replaced when a console command has been found)

Open cheat engine / Select KcD / type in how much money you have (No . in it) e.g if you have 7.7 groschen type in 77, if you have 19.7 groschen type in 197. / search / drop some money / search for the next value / keep repeating until you find your value.

**Not working but may work in a later patch as these were beta commands**

wh_cheat_money x
Would add gold to your inventory. Currently not working.

wh_cheat_addItem x ItemID
Gives a # amount of items after entering the ItemID. Should work, but no ItemID table currently exists.

g_godmode 1
Would make you invulnerable. Currently not working.

Here is my mod which allows you to change all console variables, including those who were set readonly by the developers:

For example now you can use

p_fly_mode 1
wh_env_CloudSpeed 5
...

Note that this mod enables changing all variables, but not enables more commands.
You can distinguish commands from variables in the console by a yellow (command) behind them.

I wonder if the unlocked console will let us apply the crossair/compass/healthbar commands correctly. Meaning to have them stick instead of resetting when talking to npc or opening the inventory:

wh_ui_ShowCompass = 1
wh_ui_ShowCursor = 1
wh_ui_ShowHealthBar = 1

e_LodRatio X

for LOD slider. Haven't tested it much yet.. but you can see it change in the settings. 70 is max with the slider, but it seems to allow higher numbers. Similar to e_ViewDistRatio

I haven't been able to see a change with higher numbers yet.. but I need to test it more. It's late tonight.

Seems like when you change any advanced settings it reverts to 70. Might have better luck getting it to stick with user.cfg

How come using these cheats doesn't disable achievements? Makes them worth nothing.

Because every achievement that i've earnt i would have got reguardless if i was using cheats or not.

These have really helped me out for getting the brightness and gamma correct, as the game ignores my Nvidia settings....

r_Brightness= .5 [default]
r_Gamma= 1 [default] Doen't seem to help with my issue below, seems like it does the same thing as the slider :/

In settings, the 'gamma correction' circle with the KCD logo doesn't help me at all, no matter what I do I can't see the logo. If i tab out and bring up the Nvidia control panel I can get it perfect, but I guess the game takes back control as soon as I get back into the game

Here are the ones that i'm currently using.

e_Fog = 1 (favorite command, game looks good with fog imo)
e_volumetricFog = 1
r_AntialiasingMode = 0 and r_VSync = 0 (both are in the game settings now)
sys_MaxFPS = 144 (monitor refresh rate)
r_MotionBlur = 0 (also in the game settings)

Hi, I have tried to install the Cross hair aiming marker but it does not appear? The game accepts the command but no cross hair appears when I use the bow? Is there some trick I am missing ....? Any help/advice would be appreciated. Also; has anyone figured out how to add Saviour Schnapps by quantity xxx ... would really help get over the no save when you want to issue.

To use the bow cross hair you need to have your bow put away, then enter the command and then pull the bow out. If that doesn't work go onto the nexus and download the mod (it's extreemly simple to install) as you seem to have a rare issue with this command.

For the saving i would again suggest the mod infinite saving / save when ever on the nexus or the other mod called Cheats and the mod is in the thread post.
