Ages ago i sneaked in the library, necronomicon is in and i stole it but i realised it has no prize so i propably threw it away, but now i got the quest, that i need to get it, WTF am i supposed to do now , if i cannot even spawn it ?

Check your inventory, chest or horse. You should not have possibility to throw it away or sale. Actually I cant do it. (But maybe one of us has a Bug. You never know in KCD :) )

Check "quest items" in inventory....Or possibly go back to the monistary and double check.

I heared about some cheat-engine that can re-enable console commands. Thus making it possible to add the item you need through console.

i thought quest items are marked as quest items even if you dont have the quests. And you cant get rid of them

bad game design to not flag quest items. even if you dont have the quest and it sits in your inventory potentially though the entire game, its better than finally getting to the quest and what?

have to play memory game of how many vendors I potentially sold this item away to how many hours ago? bad design, realistic, but bad all the same.

get the console, type Cheat_Find_Items token:Necro

Then cheat_add_item id:###

### being the long id number it gives you. Note: Some quest items are single number or letters.
