2) Enable Garnet's White Mage robe, to have Garnet's battle model wear the White Mage robe,
If I do this can it be reverted back to the original outfits?
I think it needs you to change a piece of equipment in-game for the option to take effect after enabling or disabling it.
To be fair, you have to thank Albeoris for the turn-based mode, since he's the one who implemented it (and more generally, he has done a great job in creating and maintaining Memoria for a long time). Also, Iamgoofball helped me with the 60 FPS feature.
I'm glad it makes people keep enjoying the game.
You'll see her in Alexandria after getting the airship as if she wasn't already with you and recruit her there. (If you don't recruit her at that point, she'll still be in your team but you won't see her in most cutscenes.)
I've just installed a number of the new mods and no one was able to do any damage to enemies with physical attacks ('jump' excluded). The normal attacks aren't even registering sprite reactions from enemies. Have I messed something up?
You both have the same problem. It's almost certainly a mismatch between DLLs. I am not sure of how/why it happens, but please can you do the following?
1) Confirm that the bug persists when no mod at all is activated in the Mod Manager,
2) Browse the game's directory, specifically "FINAL FANTASY IX/StreamingAssets/Scripts/" and tell me what is the "Date modified" of the file "Memoria.Scripts.dll" (it everything was fine, it should be the moment you ran the Memoria.Patcher.exe, but I suspect it was not updated for some reason and thus the date of the latest modification would be a long time ago),
3) Also go in "FINAL FANTASY IX/StreamingAssets/Scripts/Sources/Battle" and tell me the most recent "Date modified" of the files in that folder.
If the date modified of the DLL is a long time ago and if the date modified of the .cs files is the time at which you ran the updater, then running "FINAL FANTASY IX/StreamingAssets/Scripts/Compiler/Memoria.Compiler.exe" should update the DLL and fix the issue for you. I'll then need to understand why it wasn't done automatically.
Turned of mods, magic was working again.
The modified date for Memoria.scripts.dll is 11/14/2022.
The modified dates for the files in Sources/Battle ranges from 5/25/2020 to 9/27/2020. So maybe this is the problem?
Your Memoria.scripts.dll was updated correctly. The files in "Sources/Battle" don't need to be updated if that DLL is good. Besides, if it works again after turning off the mods, that means the problem comes from 1 mod.
Can you try to identify which mod is causing the problem?
You said that disabling "playable character" didn't fix the issue, so the problem doesn't come from it. It cannot come from "HD Chocographs" either, as you've guessed... Then what? That's a puzzle.
Since your Memoria.scripts.dll was updated correctly and your "Sources/Battle" files were not, it would actually cause problems to run Memoria.Compiler.exe in the end. So you'd better not do that.
