Dialogues overlap each other.
I don't have any mods except for loading acceleration and fps fix.
But I have separately installed Russian vanilla voice acting via vortex + separately installed Russian DLS voice acting via vortex.
So - in the main game everything is fine with and without voice acting, but specifically in DLS (specifically in Nuka World, I haven't tested others) when installing DLS voice acting, dialogues start to overlap each other. (!!! without voice acting in vanilla, DLS works like a clock!!!) in vanilla everything is fine for me. What I didn't do: I limited FPS, limited monitor refresh rate, manually registered everything I could in the ini files. I played with vertical sync, triple buffering. but for some reason the game thinks that it still needs to speed up when installing the DLC voice acting AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA my head is about to explode!

Limit Fallout to 60 FPS max.

This can be done with:

1) Through your graphic driver or
2) Installing High FPS fix (+Requirements)

all this has already been done, it doesn't help. now I'm trying to find the video card setting: max frame rate ahead - but I simply don't have it!! everyone has it, I don't have it((
