White Pip-boy texts and terminals.
My pip-boy's text suddenly turned white as well as the terminals.
Also, the weapon's icons are realistic inside the pip-boy, and not with that "digital style" that they should be.
i've tried to find solutions online but i couldn't find one that i could actually try, most of them modify the bPipboyDisableFX=1 on the custom ini files.

The problem is, they doesn't even appear on mine.

This happened recently, i tried disabling my recent mods to search what it could but, but it doesn't work.

Your recent mods - which you very probably installed incorrectly, or are in the wrong load order?

Disabling them and then trying to run the game from the current /last save will obviously break, how did you disable them? Which mods *specifically* did you install and/or disable?

Also if you are trying to insert something in your ini file it's just a text file. You are likely supposed to ADD that line in a proper specific location in one or more of your ini files. Follow instructions precisely. Do a search in your windows file browser to determine whether any single file has that term in it first.

I mean, did you change the Pip-Boy color to white in the settings menu?
No, the color is set to amber, but it's locked on white.

And as you can see here, the item icons are not digital like they're supposed to.
Vats is still amber, the HUD too, only the terminals and pip-boy screen are white.

This thread has some interesting information about non-pipboy related cc and mods.

If you use any mods, *check their contents* to see what they're changing in ALL of your prefs and ini files. They are in several locations.

Any reshades? Any photo-mode type mods? read them.

Their screenshot is exactly like yours with their other UI color instead. So... read up.

The photo shows the pip boy as white but the HUD as Amber. They're two different settings in settings.

Otherwise, you're gonna have to comb throw your mods to see what alter the files for that, as recommended above.

They are two different settings but they're also *incredibly nonsensical* to pry apart. It should have just been a normal 'screen is x, UI/not screen is y, apply one to power armor y/n' decision with settings.

The best reason to have that white is so that your flashlight is bright enough to do anything, without mods anyway.
You changed - or a mod you installed changed - a setting in the game that colors the pipboy and terminals and gives the pixel effect.
After some searching, i've found that it was a mod called "Better 3rd person camera" and i was able to fix it, tysm to all of you who took a moment of your time to help me! :)

There you go! I'm glad that at least you know. Always a good idea to make sure of *all* of the effects that occur because of mods, even when they're seemingly unrelated, which that one -definitely- seems "unrelated".

Is there a bug report or comment on the mod's page, if it's on the nexus? If there is bump it, if there isn't, and you're *sure* that this was the cause, you should definitely post a bug report about it there.
