Enemy NPC Accuracy
Is there a Nexus mod that decreases an enemy NPCs accuracy? Getting head shot at 100+ yards within a split second of them aiming.

Is you sayin it is perhaps a bit weird that a Jet-addled raider can pop me right in the eyebrows at 30 meters with an automatic pipe rifle?

Are you on survival? Makes a difference...

Damage resistance, lone wanderer, dog training, inspirational. There are different forms of damage resistance and there is also admantium skeleton. If you are on survival there are plenty of 1 shot 1 kill moments to go around. Med-X and food like bear roast can add more resistance. I always thought that if you buy into damage increase perks and weapon modding, you are asking for these 1 shot and debilitating moments more. I start with damage resistance and I don't get 1 shot killed anymore at range. But I still have lot's of near death experiences and poison is a different problem. Enemies like to return to sender, and by that I mean if you open up with high damage and a lot of firing (or lowly tactic), you might get that back and more... and a save reload.

Imagine playing "survival" and then getting a mod to lower NPC accuracy...

I have an idea, just play High difficulty.
