Problem with Power Armor paints Mods

Hey guys, so I'm Customizing my Power Armor with Paints, there is that which give you +1 Strength, Charisma.
the Pieces that Give Strength is Working because I see it's Increased and Carry weight increased by 10
Now I painted with paint called "Vault-Tec" paint which must give me Charisma Points, which it's not Working, My charisma Points Didn't change, is there something I'm missing ?

All parts are painted in the same scheme and you are inside the PA= no CHA boost?

All pieces need to be painted and used on the same frame

you can chech first screen on your pipboy to check your special stats (first screen, second tab) you dont need to check your carry weight to confirm your strength..

If your chr is the same with your base chr and there is a minus next to it, then there is something dropping your charisma and they cancel each out..

no they not all , OH I just saw it , all parts must painted with same paint to gain the +1 Charisma, it worked now :)

they were not the same paint on all , I thought every Part Gives a Point, now when thinking about it, it would be SO OP
