Does anyone know where I can find this mod?

It's one of the best settlement oil rig mods I've seen, however, I don't know if it was uploaded or where to find it. Tried reaching out to the author but haven't heard anything yet,

I already tried that and it wasn’t the one in the video. That’s a completely different oil rig mod.

You can assemble almost all of that using the SOE or Homemaker parts.

hmm he said he never released it, and people in both videos are begging him, but he doesn't; you're gonna have to either DIY, or get like America Rising - Tale of the Enclave which kinda/sorta recreates the FO3 Enclave platform, and then just convert that into a settlement. Don't think there's any blue neon stuff though.

If you mean the walls with the light, those are literally nothing more than the Institute Light Panels from like I said, SOE

If you go through the screenshots for that mod you'll find High Tech, BoS, Institute, other such items, basically all of which can be used to make what was shown in that mod - likely better, given how old that video was. 5 years is eternity for this game. Thousands of new mods have come out since then, and if they weren't going to release it, there's more than enough to fill all the gaps anyway.

you can however get semi close with enclave base mod that is basically the interior of FO3's cave enclave base. That or get the enclave buildables and make your own.
