Nuka-World Radio Signal

I'm level 21 and I still haven't been able to receive a nuke-world radio signal,that mean i can't take the quest, what should I do?

You don't get the signal until level 30.

While you don't get the signal until level 30 (when they expect you'll be tough enough to handle it), if you want to risk starting sooner, you can simply head to the Nuka-World transit centre.

It's located along the western edge of the map roughly south-west from Sunshine Tidings Co-Op.
