Excess perk points

Does anyone know of a mod that puts excess perk points to constructive use?

I know this mod has perks that effectively allow for unlimited special, so thats wat you can spend any excess perk points in: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31462 (does require other mods to work)

That would work well enough (if it still works). Thanks, time to investigate. I may already have the requirements covered.

Addendum: Looks promising and compatible. Provisionally installing it.
