but since you don't list your mods, no way to know.
And the way you do that is... complex.
This post from Nexus goes into how.

Other than that, as soon as you go to add the DLC, your game will be updated to 1.10.983, which is the NG version.
The easy thing to do would be to just update to 1.10.983 and rebuild your mods list with NG compliant mods. Especially with just 20 mods.
You cannot download anything form Bethesda and/or Steam without getting updated to game version .984.
Then you have to go through the rigamarole of reverting back to .163.
Luckily there are some utilities for that on Nexus:
I have never used this (I locked my game down to .163 as soon as I heard about a coming update) but it appears to work:

Alternatively you can use the NixGen mods that either disable or delay the CC content in NG that is spammed at you way too early coming out of the vault:

Or get it all from GOG which has a feature wherrte u can download the previous game version.
Just buy the GOTY edition on GOG< which includes all DLC.
Yes its onerous to reward Beth with more business for doing a terrible update, but it is an option and as much time as most of us spend with these games the purchase costs are not all that big.
That will assure that whatever you're trying to do with your older mods and avoiding the new cc garbage, will remain entirely separate. But yeah, you cannot use CC for it, because that *requires* an updated game.
