Report a translation problem
EDIT: Goodneighbor in Fallout 4. In Fallout 3, he was at Little Lamp or something like that... where it was all kids and they kicked you out once you reached a certain age. Don't recall seeing him in Fallout NV or 1 or 2 either, so not sure. Don't own 76 so I have no clue if he makes an appearance there or not either.
I have had this happen on numerous occasions too! I don't know exactly what it is, but yeah it's SUPER CREEPY innit?
To the problem - must be a mod, never had something like that on my own, looks like the id´s got changed somehow and he gets identified by the engine as something....different. I don´t know what mod that might be, i never had that behavior but as the engine already spawned and assigned him i don´t expect that this can be reverted without starting a new playthrough.
