Actually Fallout 4 is almost as famous as Skyrim for its adult mods.

But those files dont "live" here on Steam or nexus, they are mostly on lovers lab dot com
And while that site has some stuff that (in my opinion) totally crosses the line, there is a LOT on there that is just human realism.

Be prepared to reserve an entire weekend to make them work though because there are many dependencies.

First the framework, which is most commonly AAF, its actually on nexus, though I dont know if tahts the latest version (though there is also NAF , its new supposedly better but I am not familiar with it)
Then CBBE or another female bodies mod so they dont all look like gulag survivors.

Then after the AAF framework you download the animations for the framework to use, they have descriptive names like atomic lust etc

Then you download the specific mods to use this.
SEU is a reliable one with minimal bugs. Can be used as nice guy or jerk character. Or even as female character for prostitution.

Also with another mod your NPCs (or if u r female character) can get pregnant , or you can pimp out Piper to the raiders or anyone else for caps, etc etc etc

.. in post-apocalypse? yeah, seems like concepts from bygone eras. Sex, on the other hand? Color me surprised, but as long as humans exist, in any regime, in any country or part of the world, in any circumstances .. it's bound to happen.

Calling things out just because the technology is primitive is very adult, I know.

I can guarantee (with whatever my opinion is worth - which I admit - is probably not much) that if AI "boom" is not a bubble and we indeed are heading into the reality where all the pressing issues are going to be solved by AI, one of the first things to be solved are physical traits and the subject of this thread.

Yeah, I am willing to bet that people will almost all try to look like <insert the actor they're fan of>, appear young regardless of their age, have the <muscles upon muscles> or <chesticles the size of their own head> and other such traits that are ridiculed by "righteous people" atm - if it was suddenly made available to them. Sure, there might be a group that will reject it, but most of the folks will not care about the "rightful remarks" (akeen to those in this thread that attempt to put OP on a spot) and instead go for it.

The only reason these things are not happening is because the technology is yet not there. But if and when it will be there - such "mods" will happen IRL without a second thought.
