WHYYYYYYY?!
Back in 2013 I was reading up on the wiki, and many had a speculation on F4, never truly knowing much.

However, one man commented saying, "If Ron Perlman isn't voicing in Fallout 4, it's the first thing that Bethesda will screw up on."

After reading it, I never thought how much it mattered. But it does. A lot.

what you dont know is that when you get in the vault they are going to exsperiment on the effects of no ron perlamin by constatly playing his voise over the intercom where you can barly hear it. thats what realy hapend in vault 92...

lol you gona die man all the people in vault 92 went nuts and strted a war in the vault its a mess in there go look it up or play fo3 to see for yourself.

The voice that can be heard reading news bulletins is Hellboy and Sons of Anarchy star Ron Perlman, whose has been heard in the series since the original Fallout in 1997.

The narrator is in fact Ron Perlman. He reads the news and does the war...war never changes. The vault dweller is not his voice. But the rest is.

He is, I watch enough of his videos that I can tell that is his voice. His voice while it can sound a little different you can tell if you listen to him enough. Theres quite a few q&a on youtube with Ron Perlman for you to get the idea of how his voice can change while talking.
