Cranking luck up to 10.

Watched a YouTube video of a guy that did this and he had a power suit and mini nukes right there as he exited the vault. I got squat so far. Sigh.

Maybe my real world luck is too low. 😆

So far it's done nothing for me.

I've been playing these game.. like.. forever. and making my own mods too. I would have known if there was a such thing there. Trust me ;)

the only higher end gear waiting in the Startvault is the Refri, but that is locked away with a masterlock.
The first PA getable is Concorde, Bugtheda seems to haev made the minutemen start as Tutorial stage with all the stuff included in concord and sanctuary.

Probably used console commands.
I use them myself, to crank up all SPECIAL to 10, as soon I leave the Vault.
I stay there, still got progression with Perks and Items.

Because of how they're placed and already there when the 1st exit "cinematic" plays, it's likely just a mod, not console commands. Unless they did a clever cut and spliced 2 videos together after placing the items with commands.

It's not hard to start with max Luck and Charisma. It's my favourite way to play. That being said, maxing out that stuff right away only has a subtle effect on the beginning of the game, nothing dramatic at all.

I maxed out all of my stats by the level 35. not THAT hard :P
