Crashing again
So i recently decided i start a new save file up after watching a bunch of guys on youtube, i went and installed about 45 mods and it ran fine, but i had to run it again with f4se loader to make sure all the mods actually worked and once i did that i started having issues. I am currently sitting on a black screen and watching the little blue circle of death as my cursor and i have no idea why it's doing this considering it worked less then 5 minutes before hand, i am currently playing on the NG update and i like triple checked all my mods to make sure they're updated

In Vortex, click on the "plugins" on the left taskbar.
Next to each mod, it must say "enabled" and be green.
IF its not "enabled" AND green, you have an issue.

But infinite loading is a sign of a missing master file, or a broken master file. (There are other reasons too, but one thing at a time.)

Now, you HAVE to use F4SE, to load the game, because you have mods that require it.
Make sure you are using the correct F4SE...
if you are on 1.10.984 then you need 0.7.2 of the script extender. (the top choice from https://f4se.silverlock.org/ )

If you are still running 1.10.163 then you need 0.6.2.3 of the script extender, (the second choice )

The WRONG version usually throws out an error message and not a infinite loading screen.. but it doesn't hurt to double check that as well.
It launches to main menu now but before i can click anything it ctd, the original issue was me missing an archive plugin for the pipboy tabs mod
Want my Honest OP?
I would use 1.10.163 fallout 4 because it's more stable when adding mods.
I am currently running 1.10.163 with over 500gb worth of mods.

Also grab the required mods because if you don't you can end up having issues as CTD and some mod conflicts.

Armorkeywords is a KNOWN corrupter or save games files. I would READ the sticky posts in the POSTS section for the mod.

REPUTATION.esm requires:
Papyrus common library
Pipboytabs
REframework -you have
Spell perk item distributor

Enhanced Movement.esm REquires
Garden of Eden Papyrus Script Extender

****

Not going on...

YOU have some reading and checking of mod REQUIREMENTS to do...

i'm looking at vortex right now and i have almost if not all requirement mods, i have no idea why they did not show up in the load order

I originally was gonna do this but i found it very annoying to have to go through the downgrade process and as of this moment i already got the mods and i don't know if downgrading would make the mods not work

The safest way I know to downgrade is this way.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3232403880
You would have to look at each mod and find out if it's for old version or new version.
Some mod creators tell you if for next gen or not.
Other clue is Mod update date but that is not 100% reliable.
If you are going to downgrade remove all the mods files and delete fallout 4 and re-download it, Do the downgrade first then start modding.
If you are going to downgrade I would use this.

STEAM - Skip Next-Gen update

Did you remove all the mods and remove fallout 4 and re download fallout 4 and delete all the creation club items?

"ccfsvfo4002-midcenturymodern.esl" represents the Modern Furniture Workshop Pack, while "ccfrsfo4001-handmadeshotgun.esl" is for the Handmade Shotgun. These file names are used to distinguish between different Creation Club items

Also if you use the same game save that was used with NG then the game save is broken after downgrade due to save format is for Next GEN.

Using a older version of F4se?

i made a new save file and did a clean install of the game, it allows me to make a new save file but it doesn't let me access them afterwards
