Help dialogue bug nuka-world?

I've played fallout and the dlc's more then 20 times with and without mods and never did I once have any dialogue bug until now new play-through and I do not have any dialogue mods or any mods that effect anything in nuka-world dlc, the issue is I started nuka-world quest but can not initiate dialogue with anyone from nuka-world I tried to talk to harvey but not able to initiate dialogue he would just repeat the same dialogue when clicking him then I advanced the quest by unlocking the power on the console then got to intercom taken for a ride but can't initiate dialogue with gage in the intercom norah just repeats who is this any help on why and how to resolve this without using the console?

Nope I also don't have Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch I did read that this causing the same issue sometimes and game is not repeating anything through the intercom as he is suppose to and colter never said :Now where were we" instead he just turns around and walks away but if I and/or no one else finds a fix then I'll be forced to completely ignore the nuka-world quest line and just do as I please. and if this is the cause of the issue: You might have accidentally triggered a dialogue break or gotten stuck in a quest that prevents other NPCs from speaking. what caused the break?

You fixed my question you only commented what I should do with my post and the only reason I never added periods and all is because I have a habbit of typing fast and gettng typos and loss of periods if I typed slow I would have added the periods but this post is not about how I type it is me seeking a fix but seeing I got no answer, I gave up on the broken dialogue. i just hope the issue only effecting nuka-world and not the rest of the game.

Lol, give it up mate, half the commentators on these forums type like Cito speaks. Although this is certainly not grammar school, and for many English is not their first language (same as me), but some posts really do border on functional illiteracy.

I have seen the behaviour before. But in those cases the issue was tracked back to mods that really reworked the Nuka World area... With Nuka Ride being the worst case of them all (Nuka Ride installed means chances are good you will NOT be able to play Nuka World.)

Other general mods that I know that CAN (but not always) cause dialogue issues is TDI and FDI (True Dialogue Interface, Full Dialogue Interface).

But no a vanilla game? NEVER seen this behaviour. I am assuming you can talk to people in the Commonwealth just fine, correct? If so, Then I would start my search at anything that alters the dialogue system, and expand out from there to check mods that alter NPCs.

Some mods have patches for the DLCs and don't work correctly unless you have the DLC expansion mod installed...

I've just found the cause and the fix, The cause was one of my mods but I can not be certain of which either
Nuka Cola Refrigerated Display Case by exussfire or Nuka-World in the Commonwealth by desypage because it broke all dialogue in my game and Yes I've tested them in-game I then removed both mods and loaded a saved game from before I enabled these two mods the dialogue was fixed.

Did you check the mods for game version compatibility or Load order instructions?

it could have been the case that they were in the wrong order. OR you were missing a patch or master file.

Something to explore if you want the mods in your game and access to Nuka World.

Load order and version was fine it must have been another issue with them, could have been an issue with the latest updatd file of the mod not sure but all fine now it is a shame because I've favored the appearance of the nuka display then the original, also beware of the new Atom's retribution 2 DLC shame this mod made me crash constantly when FT and exiting any interiors but a new game with it disabled my game-play is fine no crashes and I favor COA only because I am a huge lovecraft geek and the COA are based on the cthulhu cult.
