Level 93. Time to start a new game.
Two big glitches... grabbed the courser's courser chip too soon in Hunter Hunted quest. Now I can't use Tinker Tom's gadget to decode it. So, that's done. Ever leave the synth girl locked in the room? I wonder if that has something to do with it. Quest says finished but I guess it's a known glitch on the wiki.
Other glitch: I can't stand Ada, so I made a robot and put the MCAS on it. Worked up to a point, then the new robot disappeared. It's not a case of suffering from an attack, I couldn't find it at all. I usually don't bring that snide Ada and have often used Codsworth. He's polite and much better at staying out of SS way.

New game I will;
  • remove the Neon Lights Creation Club content. It has a big long quest to get, running all the way to GNN building, and there's not enough room to build in there. Each floor has a wait screen. So, not as useful as the Charlestown Condo Mod, it's just building eye candy.
  • Remove the Cabot House Player Home mod. I thought it was on the cost near the Kingsport Lighthouse, but the marker shows up in University Point. But the big problem is that it's not there either. Just a marker
  • I got this collection mod with new magazines that have similar perks. the comics are okay. Comes with collectible cards and games too. I guess the games you can sell at a base price of 200 caps. but the cards? Those are useless. Some that you find you can't even pick up. So, maybe I don't need that mod either.
  • Do you have the Zetan Weapons creation club DLC? It's joke guns. One weapon bounces a Zetan blaster off the ground. The other is puny. Both are so slow bloatflies laugh at me and just move out of the way. I paid money for this?! at least the Zetan battle-stick is good for bashing mole rats, roaches and mierlurk hatchlings. Rather use that klingon bat'leth you get from Dunwich Bores.
  • My idea for repopulating the Commonwealth via Family Planning is just not working. Guess I'll fall back to Just Business and slaves. There are problems with that too e.g. the settlers are not unique, so they can change.

try settler builder:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/63451
It even has a patch to extend the numbers of unqiues (yes u can SLM them) per sex:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/91996
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/91997

Then there is this, very powerful and every settler is a unique and amenable to SLM:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27969

I also found this very helpful ( though its buggy and you have to go back after rcell reset to requip but its so useful I cant imagine playing w/o it now.)

Family planning is a bit buggy...

And for your purposes, you'd have to tweak it to the point that every romance produced a child, the pregnancy lasts days... and infancy days as well.... not immersive.

Kind of why after playing around with such system I went with "commonwealth captives" and the good ol' settler beacon. At least that is a somewhat realistic take..

I did same thing for awhile. Commonwealth Captives farming Concorde for girls ( with extra internal raider cells) and using combination of Better Settlers but spawning male settlers via cheat console.

But now I use the link I posted above and its faster and I have more control and have SLM ability on the girls ( I dont care about it on the dudes, I dont need them to look good I need them to fight and Better settlers will give me level 40 settlers even when i get them via cheat console spawn, though I set them as mortel. The girls stay at level 2 from settler builder as Better Settlers doesnt "hook into" Settler builder or for commonwealth captives, but thats ok. I dont need the girls to fight i just want them to be hotties.)

seems like I tried Settler builder, and I didn't have enough blood packs to make settlers.

If only you were populating your settlements with ghouls. You can make those out of just cloth and wood. :steammocking:

Sure, these ones are feral, but it's all the same material, right?

Interesting. I always free that synth woman even though she's not part of any objective for me. Didn't know it might mess up things to ignore her. Also in just this run the Courser missed killing the first prisoner he was interrogating, but it didn't mess anything up.

I can't Ada either.

Never touched any Cabot mod.
I guess I had that collections mod, although it's named differently on pc. But the same bugs remain like some cards for some weird reason you just can't pick up. I like it though.

I'm only at level 42.

Says who keep grinding

I’ve gotten bored enough playing my characters I’m just going to keep playing them until their levels are so high the files become unplayable

Yes. That's my play-style. I pretend like SS gets a quest to kill all the factions, now including the enclave.
OR repopulate the commonwealth with his own children (doesn't work, btw.)
Love going around at a demigod level and not having to sneak

My last playthrough was using the Minutemen and acting as an Enclave soldier (eradicating all other factions). Technically I also fought Enclave remnants, but I was fine considering them to be traitors from a splinter faction.

I know the Enclave from earlier games would consider wastelanders unworthy trash, but with the way things have gone, a single soldier emerging from a vault to rebuild America (tm) is going to have to recruit a few locals to the cause. If a day comes where I don't need their boots on the ground anymore or they decide they're no on board with the Enclave's grand mission, there's a reason I built sentrybots.
