Intercom Wildwood Cemetery

Does anyone know how to get into an underground base beneath Wildwood Cemetery? I found the entrance inside a mausoleum, but there was only an invisible enemy called ''Intercom'' and the entrance location appeared ''inaccessible''. Does anyone know anything about it?

I got into the base underneath before. It was a long time ago.
But I thought it was from a mod. Maybe tales of the commonwealth or one of those other location content mods ( of which I always run several)

Sim Settlements 2. Apparently, you need to complete one assault after Under One Banner starts. Then you get a radio message.

Though there may be other mods that add a location there as well.
