Only that it will be many years in the future.
IN the meantime we can play an approximation of Fallout 5 with tons of mods.

I have a premonition. It will be bugged beyond belief and fandom will try to fix it which will take forever. War never changes.

The kink in that guess is that Microsoft see how popular the Fallout show is so I wouldn't be surprised to see FO5 made and released earlier possibly with another team or even a spin off game.

Agree with both points.
Under normal scheduling well into the 2030s.
But microsoft and its reported impatience with beth is a wildcard.
